NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the town board of Lura Township, Faribault County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 3rd day of October, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6 in Township One Hundred Four (104) North, Range Twenty-six (26) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in the County of Faribault and State of Minnesota to examine the road for the purposes of considering and acting upon its powers established in Minn. Stat. 164.06, subd. 1 allowing a town board to initiate the town road establishment, vacation, or alteration procedure in Minn. Stat. 164.07 without having to obtain the petition described in Minn.
