Delores M. Pooley, Charlette A. Kretchmer, and also the unknown heirs of these named Defendants, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein,

Defendants.

THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS.

1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you. The Plaintiff's Complaint against you is on file in the office of the court administrator of the above-named court. Do not throw these papers away. They are official papers that affect your rights. You must respond to this lawsuit even though it may not yet be filed with the Court and there may be no court file number on this summons.

2. YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN 20 DAYS TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. You must give or mail to the person who signed this summons a written response called an Answer within 20 days of the date on which you received this Summons. You must send a copy of your Answer to the person who signed this Summons located at:

3. YOU MUST RESPOND TO EACH CLAIM. The Answer is your written response to the Plaintiff's Complaint. In your Answer you must state whether you agree or disagree with each paragraph of the Complaint. If you believe the Plaintiff should not be given everything asked for in the Complaint, you must say so in your Answer.

4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not Answer within 20 days, you will lose this case. You will not get to tell your side of the story, and the Court may decide against you and award the Plaintiff everything asked for in the Complaint. If you do not want to contest the claims stated in the Complaint, you do not need to respond. A default judgment can then be entered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.

5. LEGAL ASSISTANCE. You may wish to get legal help from a lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, the Court Administrator may have information about places where you can get legal assistance. Even if you cannot get legal help, you must still provide a written Answer to protect your rights or you may lose the case.

6. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The parties may agree to or be ordered to participate in an alternative dispute resolution process under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. You must still send your written response to the Complaint even if you expect to use alternative means of resolving this dispute.

7. THIS LAWSUIT MAY AFFECT OR BRING INTO QUESTION TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY located in Faribault County, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:

A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 of SW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One Hundred Two (102) North, Range Twenty-seven (27) West described as follows:

The West 37.80 feet of a rectangular tract of land the North boundary of which is the South line of Lot 2 except the East 25 feet thereof in Block 16 of Young's Addition to Blue Earth City (now City of Blue Earth), the West boundary is the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 2 8 feet ; the East boundary is the Southerly extension of the West line of the East 25 feet of Lot 2 six feet; and the South line is a fence line described as commencing 8 feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot 2 and running in a straight line thence Easterly to a point 6 feet South of the West line of the East 25 feet of Lot 2 and there terminating.

The object of this action is Quiet Title Action.

NOTICE OF FILING DATES FOR ELECTION TO THE SCHOOL BOARD

INDEPENDENT SCHOOL

DISTRICT NO. 2860

(BLUE EARTH AREA SCHOOLS)

STATE OF MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the period for filing affidavits of candidacy for the office of school board member of Independent School District No 2860 shall begin on July 31, 2018, and shall close at 5:00 o'clock p.m. on August 14, 2018.

The general election shall be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. At that election, four (4) members will be elected to the School Board for terms of four (4) years each.

Affidavits of Candidacy are available from the school district clerk, 315 East 6th Street, Blue Earth, MN 56013-2006. The filing fee for this office is $2. A candidate for this office must be an eligible voter, must be 21 years of age or more on assuming office, must have been a resident of the school district from which the candidate seeks election for thirty (30) days before the general election, and must have no other affidavit on file for any other office at the same general election.

The affidavits of candidacy must be filed in the office of the school district clerk and the filing fee paid prior to 5:00 o'clock p.m. on August 14, 2018.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC NOTICE

CITY OF FROST

The City of Frost will hold a public hearing on a request for a variance from the 30 foot setback on the rear property line to 13 feet for the purposes of building a garage submitted by Mr. Scott Stelter of 420 Hwy 254 in Frost. The property parcel number ID involved is 26.135.1500. The property is legally described as follows:

A tract commencing at the Southwest corner of Section Thirty-five (35) in Township One Hundred Two (102) North, Range Twenty-six (26) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in the County of Faribault and State of Minnesota, thence running North 11 1/2 rods, thence East 133 feet, thence South 11 1/2 rods and thence West 133 feet to place of beginning.

The City Council will hold a public heating to discuss the request for variance on July 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Frost City Hall, 110 Main St., Frost, MN 56033.

CITY OF BLUE EARTH

AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF

REAL PROPERTY

OWNED BY THE

CITY OF BLUE EARTH

The City Council of the City of Blue Earth do ordain as follows:

SECTION I

That the City of Blue Earth owns certain real property located in the City of Blue Earth, County of Faribault and legally described as follows:

Lot Five (5) in Block Seven (7) in Dow and Bowen's Addition to Blue Earth City, now City of Blue Earth, excepting therefrom the North 60 feet of Lot Five (5) and also excepting therefrom the North 7 feet of the South 83 feet of Lot Five (5).

SECTION II

John Weber and Kristina Weber, Spouses Married to Each Other are desirous of purchasing property in Section I above and the City of Blue Earth is desirous of selling such property for a price of $2,550.00

SECTION III

Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 412.211, the City of Blue Earth is hereby authorized to sell and the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to convey the property described in Section I of this ordinance to the purchaser upon payment of the purchase price.

SECTION IV

This Ordinance shall not be effective until thirty (30) days after its passage and publication.

SECTION I

Tract 1: A?tract commencing 46 2/3 feet North of the Southeast corner of Block 95 of the Original Plat of the City of Blue Earth, West 64 feet, North 24 1/3 feet, East 4 feet, South 3 1/3 feet, East 60 feet, South 20 feet 11 inches as designated as Auditor's Lot 42.

Tract 2: A tract commencing 23 2/3 feet North of the Southeast corner of Block 95 of the Original Plat of the City of Blue Earth, North 23 2/3 feet, West 64 feet, South 23 2/3 feet, East 64 feet to place of beginning. (Auditor's Lot 43)

SECTION II

Rural Renaissance Project, a Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation is desirous of purchasing property in Section I above and the City of Blue Earth is desirous of selling such property for a sale price of $3.00 and other good and valuable consideration.

SECTION III

Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 412.211, the City of Blue Earth is hereby authorized to sell and the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to convey the property described in Section I of this ordinance to the purchaser upon payment of the purchase price.
