THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT:

You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff's attorney an Answer to the Complaint, which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Faribault, State of Minnesota, and described as follows, to-wit:

All that part of Auditor's Lot 1 in the SE 1/4 Section 21-T101N-R24W, Faribault County, Minnesota; described as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of said SE 1/4; thence East a distance of 215.72 feet on an assumed bearing on the North line of said SE 1/4; thence South a distance of 33.00 feet, at a deflection angle of 90000'0" right, to the point of beginning;

Thence South a distance of 106.25 feet on a southerly extension of the last described line, to the Northerly right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, formerly Chicago, Northwestern Railroad;

Thence Southeasterly a distance of 117.63 feet, at a deflection angle of 81029'18" left on said northerly right-of-way;

Thence North a distance of 123.66 feet, at a deflection angle of 98031'42" left;

Thence West a distance of 116.33 feet, at a deflection angle of 90000'00" left, to the point of beginning.

The object of this action is to determine adverse claims to the real estate herein described and to have it adjudged and decreed by the Court that Plaintiff Joyce Stavos is the sole owner, in fee simple of said real estate, and that the Defendants herein, and each of them, have no rights, title, estate, interest, or lien in, on or to said real estate.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiffs against any of the Defendants.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on July 24, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 N. Main St., Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, March 27, 1995, ("Will") and for the appointment of Elizabeth K. Risius, whose address is 50568 50th Ave., Buffalo Center, IA 50424 and Brian K. Legried, whose address is 3307 South 184th Terrace, Omaha, NE 68130 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an Unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representatives or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent's will dated November 27, 2007, ("Will"), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.

Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Jean A. Willmert whose address is 14645 55th Street NE, St. Michael, MN 55376 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE NO. 740

ADOPTING THE MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE

An ordinance adopting the Minnesota State Building Code. This ordinance provides for the application, administration, and enforcement of the Minnesota State Building Code by regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, and demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area, and maintenance of all buildings and/or structures in this municipality; provides for the issuance of permits and collection of fees thereof; provides penalties for violation thereof; repeals all ordinances and parts of ordinances that conflict therewith. This ordinance shall perpetually include the most current edition of the Minnesota State Building Code with the exception of the optional appendix chapters, optional appendix chapters shall not apply unless specifically adopted. A full copy of the Ordinance is available at Elmore City Hall for review by the public.

4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not Answer within 20 days, you will lose this case. You will not get to tell your side of the story, and the Court may decide against you and award the Plaintiff everything asked for in the Complaint. 7. THIS LAWSUIT MAY AFFECT OR BRING INTO QUESTION TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY located in Faribault County, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:

A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 of SW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One Hundred Two (102) North, Range Twenty-seven (27) West described as follows:

The West 37.80 feet of a rectangular tract of land the North boundary of which is the South line of Lot 2 except the East 25 feet thereof in Block 16 of Young's Addition to Blue Earth City (now City of Blue Earth), the West boundary is the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 2 8 feet ; the East boundary is the Southerly extension of the West line of the East 25 feet of Lot 2 six feet; and the South line is a fence line described as commencing 8 feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot 2 and running in a straight line thence Easterly to a point 6 feet South of the West line of the East 25 feet of Lot 2 and there terminating.
